"I attended a relaxation session not really knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, and thoroughly enjoyed my relaxation experience. Even though it was only a 30 minute session, I was very much relaxed. I am a worrier and I can easily become stressed so for me to learn techniques of how to relax was fantastic. I have attended 3 or 4 sessions now and I feel more and more relaxed every time I attend a session. Now that I have learnt these techniques I am able to deal with my stress levels whenever I feel the need to. Even the most simple things like breathing techniques have helped me enormously.
